ENG: Elevation Signs were established in the Czech lands after 1889 at the railway stations and related to the zero point on the Sartorio pier in Trieste at the Adriatic Sea. The area under the mark is a elevation point.
On the railway station building there are two boards of the same size, on the lower is the German inscription: Seehöhe 206.625 Meter, on the upper Czech inscription: Height above sea level 206.625m.
