Probably sponsored by a nearby art supplies store with the same name. This large mural is not signed nor dated, and goes over an ample area, basically the whole side wall of a seven floors building.
It depicts a girl swinging on a hanging heart. There are some buildings in the background but nothing iconic related with Paris.
