Der Bahnhof in Büchenbach wurde im Zuge der Bahnreform stillgelegt. Heute ist hier nur noch ein Halt der S-Bahn und des Regionalverkehrs.
Das Gebäude wird mittlerweile von einer Massagepraxis genutzt.
