Optimism makes and sells their own beer in house. There are food trucks nearby or one can order food to be delivered or one can bring their own food. They do offer
public and private tours.
From the Optimism
about website:
Optimism is a brewery, not a brewpub, focused solely on making beer. We will not have a kitchen or serve food. Instead, we host an ever-changing group of family-owned food trucks parked in our beer garden. In addition, beer-lovers are free to bring take-out food from local restaurants or have food delivered to the brewery. Kids and dogs are welcome as well!
From the Optimism
website:
Our mission is to make craft beer easy to understand (and drink), that’s why we use alternative style nomenclature. Balance, quality and consistently are the foundation of all our beers. Remembering the roots of beer, we work to make craft beer more accessible.
The brewery can be seen in
Google Street View.
