Lincoln Highway Marker - California Auto Museum - Sacramento, CA - Lincoln Highway Markers on Waymarking.com

My family discovered a vintage and authentic Lincoln Highway Marker while visiting the California Auto Museum. Unfortunately, there was no interpretive display next to the marker that highlighted its history. My guess is that the marker was relocated to this museum from its original location along the Lincoln Highway or was donated to the museum by a private citizen. In any case, it was a neat surprise to see this marker, the first vintage marker I've come across (I've seen reproductions elsewhere). The marker stands in front of a vintage 1913 Model T Touring car.

The museum is open 10-5 every day.
