The beach is also known as Inyadda. It is an unpatrolled beach facing the southeast and is 1.6 km in length. It is backed by a 100 metre wide dune and is accessible from the north & south. Tourists & residents of Bendalong would access it from this point, those living in Manyana from the south.

It is a short walk from parking near the caravan park through the dunes. It is more suited to board riders than swimmers as there are 5 to 6 permanent rips. There are no facilities so you need to be self sufficient. You can get a coffee & a meal in the village.

You can enjoy a paddle, play ball games, sunbathe or surf the waves which several board riders were doing when I visited yesterday. Bring your dog but leave the four wheel drive in the parking area.

The beach is open all year round & is free to access.
