Limon Memorial Library is on the northwest corner of E Ave. and 2nd, just north of Railroad Park. A June 1990 tornado left much of the business district in ruins, and the Library was one of the buildings that was re-located.
The current library building is made of brick, with a bench outside the main entrance (2nd St.). A frog-painted book drop is on the south side of the building (E Ave.). An intricately painted bookcase is painted on the employee door/entrance on the south side, next to the book return.

Hours at the Limon Library are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
