Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears S88.4°W from T14S R9E S14 23 1/4 COR, 1326' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on a concrete pier; flush with grade

A T-post bears N, 10" distant. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on a Carsonite post which bears W, 17" distant. Two ponderosa pine bearing trees were not found
