Robert Hugh Barrow's parents were Solomon and Decandria (Jackson) Barrow. The Barrows had two children prior to Robert Hugh. Both of which died in 1877, most likely from Smallpox. Robert A. (1873-1877) and Eugenia L. (1876-1877).
