Die Volksbücherei Fürth (kurz VoBü) ist die Öffentliche Bibliothek in städtischer Trägerschaft. Die Volksbücherei Fürth geht aus der Stiftung Heinrich Berolzheimers hervor, der schon 1906 beim Bau des Berolzheimerianums eine Bibliothek für die Volksbildung einplante. 1998 wich die Volksbücherei in ihr heutiges Gebäude in der Südstadt aus. Laut der Deutschen Bibliotheksstatistik DBS (Stand 2018) umfasst der Bestand 184.783 Medien, die im Berichtsjahr 612.881 mal ausgeliehen wurden. 15.304 aktive Benutzer sind dort registriert.

The Peoples Library Fuerth (short VoBü) is the public library in municipal sponsorship. The Peoples Library Fuerth emerges from the Heinrich Berolzheimer Foundation, which planned a library for popular education as early as 1906 during the construction of the Berolzheimerianum. In 1998, the Peoples Library evaded its current building in Südsoth town. According to the German Library Statistics DBS (as of 2018), the stock comprises 184,783 media which were lent 612,881 times in the year under review. 15,304 active users are registered there.
