Smithsonian Art Inventory"Full-length male nude figure sitting on a rectangular structure, looking down in grief. His right leg hangs over the front of the structure; his left leg is bent. His head is bent low. He leans on an object with his left hand. A loincloth is draped around his waist and he wears a headband in his hair. He holds a wreath in his right hand and an upside down torch in his left hand. The stone and metal sculpture rests on a stepped granite and brick base.
