Patriotic painted hydrants line the Arnold Mills July 4th Parade route along Nate Whipple Highway/RI-120 in Cumberland, Rhode Island. This is one of five found on the northeast side of the street over a 1.5 mile stretch. It is near the intersection with Paine Road which is the beginning of the parade.
This red, white, and blue striped and star-spangled fire plug is signed "Jocelyn", dated 2015, and accompanied by a set of three white stars, one each with the initials "RLA", "ART", or "CJA". (Revealed to be Reilly, Adeline, and Chase on the hydrant by Old Meadow Road.)
