Patriotic painted hydrants line the Arnold Mills July 4th Parade route along Nate Whipple Highway/RI-120 in Cumberland, Rhode Island. This is one of five found on the northeast side of the street over a 1.5 mile stretch. It is across from the intersection with old Meadow Lane.

This red, white, and blue striped and star-spangled hydrant resembles a fire fighter. He has a big gray mustache and bright blue eyes. The work is signed "Jocelyn", dated 2017, and accompanied by a set of three white stars, one each with names Reilly A., Adeline T., and Chase A.
