This one is interesting in that Mrs. York is buried next to T.K. Green, and it appears that the same person made their headstones. A look at Findagrave notes that the Yorks and Greens were related by marriage. Coordinates are between the two headstones.
Mrs. York is buried with a son, but her husband is buried some miles away in Tyler. The headstone is made of sandstone and clean around the sides, with text on the front only. For whatever reason, it no longer sits in the accompanying holder, and as such, is sinking into the ground. Findagrave provides some information to complement the hand-carved inscription:
