Mariánský sloup tvorí dominantu námestí Ceskoslovenské armády. Sloup byl postavený v letech 1723 - 1727 a je významným dílem Matyáše Bernarda Brauna a jeho socharské dílny.
Stavba sloupu zapocala v roce 1723 a již následujícího roku byla témer hotová. Poté byl sloup natírán belobou a lneným olejem, cástecne pozlacen a doplnen kovaným zábradlím. Vysvecen byl roku 1727.
