From the Park Webpage: "A full basketball court can be accessed from the main path on the west side of the park."
The coordinates were taken at the center of this basketball court. I suspect that this facility is mostly used as two half courts however, it should be reasonably close to a regulation size full court. The playing surface is not super smooth like a wood floor, more like pavement material. All the nets are in good condition and the striping is in poor condition but still usable.
