This iconic boatshed was built in the 1930's, and purchased by the Nattrass family in 1944, when the bought the land the other side of the road. in 1972 they donated the boatshed to the Perth Sea Scouts. When it became run down the Nattrass family bought it back in 2001, with a further renovation in 2015 [Information from Wikipedia: (visit link) ]
