Small waterfall is located in the Rock Creek Scenic Area in the Cherokee National Forest. The trail to the falls is the Scenic Spur Trail No. 78. It's about a 1.7 mile easy to moderate hike. There are two stream crossings along the way. Rock hopping should get you across without getting your feet too wet.
The trail head is on TN Hwy 30 about 100 yds north of US 64.
