The McDonald's gives 24/7 service through the Drive Thru, but Dining service is from 5am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday, and till midnight on the Friday and Saturday nights. (I would assume that those are also the hours of the free WiFry.) It has the typical 'Fast Foods', with select your own order digital boards. I don't remember seeing any power outlets where you could charge up your device while eating.
It has the typical McDonald's way of selecting your option of logging on and reminds you that you are on an Open System.
