CZ: 2. února 1862 postihla okolí reky Ohre velmi nicivá povoden, která zpusobila znacné materiální škody na domech, majetku a domácím zvírectvu. Tato povoden prinutila obec Pocedelice za prispení státu a okolních obcí ke stavbe protipovodnové hráze která stojí v obci dodnes.
Znacka oznacující výšku vody je na podstavci kríže na návsi v Pocedelicích, kríž byl restaurován v roce 2014.
EN: On February 2, 1862, a very devastating flood hit the environs of the Ohre River, causing considerable material damage to houses, property and domestic animals. This flood forced the village Pocedelice with the contribution of the state and the surrounding municipalities to build a flood dam that stands in the village to this day.
The sign indicating the height of the water is on the base of the cross on the square in Pocedelice, the cross was restored in 2014.
