I cannot find who runs this cemetery, who owns it, or who cares for it...

It is active, for one burial was 2002...

It is kind of strange, it has this entrance gate, locked, and a short section of fence parallel to MO_CC Hwy...but the fence only runs about 10 feet...the other three side of the cemetery are wide open.
