The Mustang Fire Department has a combination of 16 paid firefighters and 15 volunteers. They provide fire fighting, as well as educational and emergency medical services. Though they do not operate an ambulance, they provide Advanced Life Support services.

The firehouse is a one-story brick building with three large vehicle bays. It is located on State Highway 152 in the center of town. The non-emergency phone number if 405-376-9365.
