Visitors to the courthouse are greeted by a large granite marker announcing the purpose of the building. The structure is set back from the street allowing a large parking lot to be placed in front. There doesn't appear to be any other sign on the building except for the white piece of paper beside the door. The Fifth district includes Iron, Beaver and Washington Counties, the southwestern corner of the state of Utah.
