The Free Book Exchange is a new program that Hillsboro Parks and Recreation has just started in several of their parks. I asked if they planned to apply to the Little Free Library program for a Charter Number and was told it was under consideration but they also mentioned they would like to keep the books within their parks. This park and most Hillsboro parks are open dawn to dusk.
