This beautiful black memorial stone is located centrally on the south side of the courthouse lawn.
It has been placed atop a two tiers of pave stones. Each forming a rectangle. The bottom tier is a stones width wider and longer. These two tiers sit centrally on a matching set of pave stones that for a large circle. The stones come in three natural colors.
The long axis of the memorial runs north/south
