This location is connected at the hip to the UTA Bookstore, with an opening that allows traffic to pass between the two stores. There is quite a bit of seating up front, with an outdoor patio (and parking for non-students) and ample places to plug in your gadgets. Do note, though, that they secure the wi-fi here, probably due to abuse, so you'll have to get the password from the staff. In any event, access can be a little iffy, so UTA students might want to use their credentials to access UTA's wi-fi instead. Those of us who have moved well beyond college age may be out of luck.
