This is one of three or four in the cemetery. While used as a headstone, it is a small, modern footstone, made of gray granite, on a concrete base. It is on the east side of the cemetery, within feet of a zinc headstone for G.N. Kelley.
Stith itself is a small rural community in southern Jones County, TX, northwest of Abilene. There are about fifty people living here.
