Depuis plus de 10 ans Le Vaisseau fait la joie des jeunes Bas-Rhinois et de leurs familles. Destiné aux enfants et aux adolescents de 3 à 15 ans Le Vaisseau fait référence nationalement et dans l’espace rhénan. Il permet de promouvoir les sciences, la culture scientifique et les techniques d’une manière ludique et interactive, montrant aux publics la richesse et la diversité des lois physiques, mathématiques ou biologiques qui régissent l’Univers.

Le Vaisseau, formidable outil de médiation construit et géré par le Conseil Départemental du Bas-Rhin, accueille chaque année environ 170.000 visiteurs contre les 90.000 prévus à l’origine. Il offre aux enfants l’occasion d’activités libres ou en groupes, aux parents la possibilité de partager un moment d’éveil et de transmission en famille, et aux enseignants de compléter les programmes scolaires grâce à des outils adaptés.


Le concept du Vaisseau repose sur une idée simple : les enfants s’intéressent plus aux sciences si elles sont présentées de manière ludique. Ainsi, de nombreuses techniques de médiation scientifique sont utilisées afin que tous les visiteurs puissent trouver celle qui leur correspond :

la médiation humaine : une équipe d’animateurs bilingues (français, allemand) propose de nombreuses animations aux visiteurs.
les éléments d’exposition : plus de 100 éléments interactifs permettent aux enfants de mettre en pratique la règle la plus importante du Vaisseau « il est interdit de ne pas toucher, »
les films 3D : tous les ans, un nouveau film 3D permet aux visiteurs d’appréhender le monde qui les entoure sous un autre angle,



For more than 10 years Le Vaisseau has been delighting young Bas-Rhinois and their families.
