Deze neo barok kapel is oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1648 en wederopgebouwd in 1881 volgens het oude plan. Ze bezit een groot barok altaar en is opgenomen in de inventaris van Bouwkundig erfgoed. De restauratie omvat werken aan het dak, muren, vloer, deuren en plafond en komt tot stand dankzij een samenwerking van de eigenaar ( Baron G de l’Escaille) met het Regionaal Landschap Zuid Hageland, De Provincie Vlaams Brabant en de Gemeente Glabbeek. Deze mooie kapel zal na de restauratie regelmatig publiek toegankelijk zijn.
Cette chapelle néo-baroque a été construite en 1648 et reconstruite en 1881 selon l’ancien plan. Il possède un grand autel baroque et est inclus dans l'inventaire du patrimoine architectural. La restauration comprend des travaux sur le toit, les murs, le sol, les portes et le plafond et est réalisée grâce à une collaboration entre le propriétaire (Baron G de l'Escaille), le paysage régional du sud de Hageland, la province du Brabant flamand et la commune de Glabbeek. Cette belle chapelle sera régulièrement ouverte au public après la restauration.
This neo baroque chapel was originally built in 1648 and rebuilt in 1881 according to the old plan. It has a large baroque altar and is included in the inventory of architectural heritage. The restoration includes works on the roof, walls, floor, doors and ceiling and is realized thanks to a collaboration between the owner (Baron G de l'Escaille) with the Regional Landscape South Hageland, the Province of Flemish Brabant and the Municipality of Glabbeek. This beautiful chapel will be regularly open to the public after the restoration.
