They are open from 10:30 AM to 2 PM on Thursday and Friday, as well as on the first Saturday of the month. Like any popular barbecue joint in Texas, you'll want to arrive early to get the best stuff, and even by 1 PM, they're starting to run out of things. Expect a long line during peak hours, but you're most likely going to be inside in the AC for that wait.
It's counter service here, and if you've been in line for a while, you've been able to get a good look at the menus on the wall, for meats, sandwiches, sausage and sides. They also do the Texas Trinity Plate, with sliced brisket, sausage, and a pork rib, and there's the Toddzilla, which looks to be a bit of just about everything for around $65. This isn't a place for cheapskates, but the quality of the meat is superb. If you're looking to go on the cheap, you can get one of several types of sausage for $5 a link.
When they call you to the counter, place your order, they'll prep it and slide you down the line, where you can order your sides. Afterwards, it's bottled water and soft drinks, and they have a small selection of [cheap] free beer, as well as a few dessert options (the crack cake is popular, and they'll tease you with it at the counter). They accept cash and credit cards, and are also BYOB.
Best of luck finding a place to park, and if you're handicapped, you're going to scale a small curb, and there's no designated handicapped parking. The odds are good anyways that the special snowflakes would take that spot and then complain that there was no parking available for them. Those who don't mind a short walk can find plenty of spaces along Neutron Rd to the east, and if you play it right, you can just walk through the parking lot to get here.
