This clock in located in Whistle Stop Park in front of the Dilworth City Depot and is next to the locomotive, tender car and caboose that are on display. The clock was installed as a Dilworth Lion project. A Lions International plaque can be found on the north side of the cement base.
The clock itself is housed in a decorative green casing and is supported above a green base by a metal column.
