The mustard-coloured rendered two-storey building has a cantilever awning over the footpath which is anchored to the first floor wall with steel rods. The ground floor looked somewhat original with the display windows. The first floor windows had 'pink' shade awnings over them. The top of the rendered facade has an imprinted vertical pattern. The Dated section is on the left-hand side (Kimberley's Bar & Grill), with the location name on the right (Sugar Beat).
