The steel Wagon Wheels have 16 steel spokes, radiating from the narrow steel hub. They are painted white, with some rust showing through on much of the surfaces. Each is leaning back, 10° back from vertical, behind a sandstone rock which has the address number "164" chiselled into it. The rims are particularly rusty. The post-rail fencing behind has 'chicken-wire' on it.
