Although it can be seen from 61st Street, the only entrance to Calvary Catholic Cemetery is off of 65th Street.

This marble altar is located in the circle towards the back of the cemetery. Beside it is the grave of Bishop Christopher Edward Byrne, Bishop of the Archdiocese of Galveston - Houston for 32 years and other Leaders of the Catholic Church. The outer part of this circle are the Stations of the Cross.
