Royal Canadian Legion Branch 266" in Valemount has a War Heroes Museum upstairs and the public is encouraged to visit.

The Legion hosts live music performances
Burger and Music Night
Canada Day Free pancake breakfast

Members offer support and assistance to local veterans and their families with programs offered through the national organization.

The branch is involved with the Remembrance Day events and the Poppy promotion. They also provide services for fallen comrades in a celebration of life service. They are also involved in local events and attends regional events.
