Monte's Wash & Fold Laundry service is located on the east side of Broadway, north of 13th St. The family owned business was founded in 1997.
The word "Monte's" in the big sign at the top of the building, is a beautiful blue color. "Wash & Fold" is not neon, and doesn't show up in the night photos of the building.
