Anthem is a planned community carved out of the upper Sonoran desert, 25 miles north of Phoenix. The community park covers 63 acres and one of the highlights of the park is the Daisy Mountain Railroad. The train runs around a modified dog bone shaped track. It passes through a tunnel and up and down hills while visiting many of the other facilities in the park. This is a 24 gauge railroad with 2800 feet of track.
