The weathered wooden Wagon Wheel has a rusty steel rim, and retaining bands for the wooden hub - with a steel axle sleeve. It has twelve wooden spokes of rectangular profile, that would have fitted into six separate wooden sections that the steel rim fitted over. It stands about 5 foot tall, and has a rusty shovel blade leaning against the lower part of it.
