23rd St. Dispensary is the location of this mural that depicts sushi and a Chihuahua on a green background. The mural wraps around the entrance ramp, on both sides. Blue and pink swirls accentuate the main designs of green plants/trees, sushi, and the portrait of a chihuahua facing the viewer. The main section of mural is about 12' long and 4' high, but the total length is more like 50 feet since parts of the mural wrap around the walkway. There is landscaping in front of the mural
