From the junction with ORE242 W of Sisters, travel N on FR1028 for about 2.1 miles. Turn right on FR1028-200 and continue about 0.4 mile to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 4"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is NW from the centerline of FR1028-200, about 400' distant. A Carsonite post with PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals bears W, 37" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
