The MSF Winningen is a club of motorsport-enthusiast founded in 1983. currently it has have about 200 members, 50 of them are moto-cross drivers. The race-track is near the airport of Winningen above the valley of the river Mosel. The training takes place on Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00 and on Sunday between 10:00 and 13:00. The race-track is only open for club-members.
