The Rotary Park and Nautical Flag Pole is at the 'entrance' to the commercial part of Manilla and opposite the Courthouse, and diagonal to the RSL (Returned Servicemen League) Club. It has 'crossed arms', so that potentially five flags could be flown easily.

It is bolstered by two short, concrete-filled pipes that buttress the base. There is a memorial plaque attached to those pipes, for 'The Keeper of the Flags', Sergeant Norman Martin.

Address: Rotary Park, corner of Court and Manilla Street, Manilla, NSW, 2346, Australia
