Little Fort Rest Area is slight off Hwy. 5 down Livingstone Road. The road is paved and the rest area is open 24/7 all year. There is ample parking for cars, RVs and big rigs. There are picnic tables and clean restroom facilities and newly added an EV charging station: Fast Charger and Level 2. This is a pleasant area not far from the community of Little Fork.

"B.C. drivers will have access to 11 new public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations added to highway rest areas throughout the province this fall (2018). Three of these stations are situated in rest areas on the Yellowhead Highway running through the North Thompson Valley; Fish Trap, Little Fort, and Wire Cache."
