The identical pair of 16-spoke, steel Wagon Wheels have been welded into the metal pipe swinging gate for this property. They have quite narrow rims, and a narrow hub, and are welded at four points to the gate to make them quite secure. It looked like the gates are secured to concrete 'sleepers'.
