The 'casual counter-serve chain for build-your-own sandwiches & salads' has a handy outlet right by the highway. There is only a small amount of parking out the front, but generally it is adequate. Quite a few times I have stopped here after a three-day hike west of Grafton, and enjoyed a 'Foot-long Veggie-Delite'. That kept going for the four hour drive home.
This is not quite a 'stand-alone' outlet, as it is annexed to the 'Super Cheap Auto' shop building; standing directly opposite the Hungry Jacks shop, with the one entry to the three businesses. Recent road widening of the Pacific Highway, in readiness for the alternate and new bridge into Grafton has created a bit of detour into here.
