This is the former Farmers' Bank building that currently houses a wireless phone store on the lower level and apartments on the upper level. I do not have information when this location was no longer used as the bank.

History of the Farmer's Bank from FDIC:
3/1/1894 - Institution established: Original name:The Farmers Bank of Gardner Kansas.
10/30/1905 - Change trust powers from TRUST POWERS NOT GRANTED to FULL TRUST POWERS GRANDFATHERED
2/15/1978 - Changed name to The Farmers Bank and Trust Company, Gardner, Kansas
8/26/1988 - Changed name to First Kansas Bank and Trust Company
6/21/2008 - Merged into and subsequently operated as part of Metcalf Bank in LEES SUMMIT, MO
11/15/2014 - Changed name to Central Bank of the Midwest
