A rectangular brushed stainless steel sheet is etched with a scenic diagram of the view that can be seen when you look east from this small fenced lookout at the Rest Area on Myall Way - the connecting road between the Pacific Highway and Tea Gardens. From the left (northern edge) the following features are indicated:

It is placed at a slight angle on top of a broad but shallow brick plinth, about waist height. A plaque below the Orientation Table mentions that this has been placed "In Memory of the deceased Lions, Lions Ladies and Lionesses. They served their Club and Community".
