Heritage Place Park is a well maintained interpretive park featuring buildings: pioneer cabin, railroad depot, and a pit house all representing the history of the region. There are also interpretive signs, mosaics and murals, a functioning water wheel, dedicated trees and benches, picnic tables and a time capsule all along well-defined walking paths. This is a beautiful park with many mature trees and a babbling brook.
