The sidewalk along Knight Street connecting to High Street in the Hopkinton, Rhode Island village of Ashaway is WPA-built. A plaque is embedded in the sidewalk on the northeast side of the road just south of the Ashaway Free Library. (See: WM1081H)

The sidewalk along Knight Street connecting to High Street (RI-216) in the Hopkinton, Rhode Island village of Ashaway is WPA-built. A plaque is embedded in the sidewalk on the northeast side of the road just south of the Ashaway Free Library (WM1081H).

The shield-shaped marker has fully patinated to a solid green. A row of seven five-pointed stars line the top straight edge. The outstretched wings of an eagle form the pointed curve along the bottom edge. The embossed text reads:
