First Nations
The City of Quesnel sits on territory that was once a major settlement of the Dakelh people.
On June 20, 2017, the City of Quesnel and Lhtako Dene Nation entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to attest to their mutual commitment to promote cooperative relationship building.
